Southwestern quinoa salad

Over the last year, a healthy grain called “quinoa” has been all over the foodie blogosphere.

(See, I notice things.)

Apparently, it’s the best thing since kale chips.

Quinoa, pronounced “KEEN-wah,” looks like tiny brown balls of health.
